Impact of Typhoon Haiyan on the Philippines

Many of us have been shocked by the devastation caused by Typhoon Haiyan on some of the most vulnerable communities in the Philippines.

Around 80 staff and students at ANU count the Philippines as their home country. Our thoughts are with them at the moment.

If you wish to support the relief effort, the Australian Red Cross is running appeal. The details are on the Red Cross website.

If you are interested in making a longer term commitment to supporting organisations like the Australian Red Cross, you may wish to investigate the ANU workplace giving scheme.
